These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Ronnie Michael Companies, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating as Rainmaker at rainmakerandco.com. By accessing our site or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

Rainmaker provides AI-powered digital workers for sales and operations. Service details, deliverables, and timelines are outlined at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement.

Ronnie Michael Companies, LLC DBA Rainmaker & Co. provides an optional SMS/text message program. When you enter your mobile number and select the applicable consent checkbox on our website forms, you agree to receive the corresponding messages. Non-marketing messages include free sample and service request updates, delivery alerts and notifications, appointment reminders, and replies to your questions. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive special offers, promotions, and service updates.

Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, and messaging preferences. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

All fees are stated in US dollars. Payment is due as described at checkout or in your service agreement. Subscription fees are billed on the schedule stated at purchase. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Due to the nature of our done-for-you services, all sales are final once deployment has begun. For waitlist or pre-sale purchases, refunds may be requested up to 7 days after purchase. Please contact help@rainmakerandco.com with any billing concerns.

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables and the data produced from your business. Rainmaker retains ownership of all proprietary processes, frameworks, templates, models, and tooling used in delivery. You may not resell or sublicense our methodology.

By engaging our services, you grant Rainmaker a limited license to use your business content, recordings, and results solely for the purpose of delivering your contracted services. We will not use your name, likeness, or results in marketing without your written consent.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes your customer data, business strategy, and our delivery processes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ronnie Michael Companies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to the claim.

Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue outcomes, or customer acquisition from use of our services. Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Either party may terminate a monthly service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Sarasota County, Florida.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
